Bonibi store purchases must be returned within 14 days of purchase (receipt required).

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Items noted as nonreturnable cannot be returned.

Customized products are your unique creative expression. We test and assemble each of your individual design by hand in our studio in LA.

Therefore, returns and customized items for reasons other than Bonibi Case error will be subject to a 50% processing fee on the refund amount (after adjustment of discount/shipping if required).

Shipping fee is non-refundable.

Returns sent back to us without mutual communication beforehand will not be accepted.
